  • Cancellation Policy

    Individual Reservation

    For parties of 1-10 persons, cancellation shall be made at least 24 hours in advance.

    Group & Exclusive Reservation

    For group reservations or parties of 11 or more persons, cancellations made 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the paid deposit and cancellations made 24 hours in advance will receive 50% of the paid deposit. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.

    For exclusive reservations, cancellations made 7 days in advance will receive a full refund of the paid deposit and cancellations made 72 hours in advance will receive 50% of the paid deposit. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations with less than 72 hours notice.

  • Corkage Policy

    We believe that wine enhances the dining experience, whether it's from our cellar or your own collection. While we encourage our guests to explore our curated wine selection, craft­ed to complement our menus, we are pleased to offer two corkage options to accommodate different preferences:

    BUY ONE, BRING ONE CORKAGE POLICY

    For every bottle of wine, Champagne and liquor purchased from our collection, you may bring an additional bottle from your personal collection at no corkage fee. This offer is limited to one complimentary corkage per purchased bottle of the same category.

    REGULAR FEE CORKAGE POLICY

    Alternatively, you may choose to bring your own bottle(s) for a corkage fee per bottle:

    Wine & Champagne:

    2,500++ per bottle (750ml)

    5,000++ per bottle (1500ml)

    Kindly note that corkage for spirits is not available.

    This flat fee ensures the enjoyment of your personal selection with our fine cuisine and service.

  • Deposit Policy

    Individual Reservation

    No deposit is required for 1-10 persons.

    Group & Exclusive Reservation

    Reservations for 11 persons and above require a deposit of THB 1,000 per person to guarantee your reservation. For any preselected set menu/ preordered à la carte, 50% deposit of total package is required to guarantee your reservation.

  • Dress Code
    We encourage elegant and appropriate attire to maintain a sophisticated and comfortable ambiance for our guests. please refrain from sportswear and swimwear.
  • Kids Policy
    To ensure a welcoming environment, we kindly ask that guest under the Thai legal drinking age of 20 years refrain from entering Caleō after 7:00 pm.
  • Outside Food and Beverages
    Outside food and beverages are not allowed on the premises, except birthday cake. For wines, please refer to our corkage policy.
  • Photography Guidelines
    To ensure the privacy and comfort of all guests, photo-taking is restricted to phone cameras. Use of professional cameras requires prior approval from The Ritz-Carlton in accordance with internal policies.
  • Taxes and Service Charge
    All food, beverage, and related charges are subject to the applicable taxes and service charge in effect on the date of the event.
